Life is a Dream
-Ashbury( Guardian)
In
a seething, pushing, gathering
mass of come
and jostle and go,
In malls, shopping complexes,
like cloth bundles we are all
rolled
until need comes
we are freed.
Some with
thinking pad in their
hands,
many with hurried scales
to skid
and go.
I am one among
the zebra crossing
before the
signal falls. At one point
wondering where
to stand : how to
take
life’s pitfalls, how to gulp the
heavy doze of bitter, not exposed
facts
hitherto hidden. Yonder a few
feel I am blocking
the passage.
Some magic
in the format of
intuition forays
a wait signal.
‘wait’
more and
more to unearth;
Now I
realize that, life
can be
anything.
What I
see is
not
what it is!
What it is to
be there,
in
store awaiting in distance
shore.
This self
realization has knocked
The door. I am
near the Door now.
