On charity

On charity
If you are poly vocal about
every act of charity to the needy,
if you are vociferous about the
donations you made to the poor,
if you are going to calculate
every rupee offered , expecting
in return ,often and often ,
it is nothing short of mean,
if the act of charity ,stems
not from your heart but out of
compulsion , devoid of compunction,
it is no longer an act of charity,
but only publicity.
